1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Save a Dad, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Save a Dad for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • modify or copy the materials
  • use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
  • attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in Save a Dad
  • remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Service Description

Save a Dad provides AI-powered parenting coaching, tips, and resources to help fathers with their parenting journey. Our services include:

  • AI chat conversations
  • Parenting tips and ideas
  • Progress tracking and analytics
  • Personalized recommendations
  • English Missions: vocabulary learning, flashcards, picture quizzes, and pronunciation practice for children
  • AI-generated bedtime stories
  • Kids Mode with parental monitoring

Subscriptions: Some features require a premium subscription. We offer Weekly ($2.99/week), Yearly ($7.99/year), and Lifetime ($14.99 one-time) plans. All subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Save a Dad offers optional premium subscriptions that unlock additional features:

  • Weekly: $2.99/week, auto-renewable
  • Yearly: $7.99/year, auto-renewable
  • Lifetime: $14.99, one-time purchase

All subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policies. We do not process payments directly.

6. User Responsibilities

As a user of Save a Dad, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Use the service responsibly and respectfully
  • Not use the service for any illegal or harmful purposes
  • Respect the privacy and rights of other users

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of Save a Dad, to understand our practices.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever.

8. Disclaimer

The information on Save a Dad is provided on an 'as is' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Save a Dad excludes all representations, warranties, conditions and terms whether express or implied.
